During my Christmas stay, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast offerings were excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the omelette, and the availability of fresh fruit was a nice touch. The area for breakfast was always clean and well-organized, providing a pleasant start to my mornings. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me and my family to go out and explore the surrounding area, with shops and amenities within walking distance.

One aspect that I didn't appreciate was the lack of staff at the front desk during check-out. It would have been more convenient to have someone available to assist with any questions or requests.

It was nice that they have an adult pool hour separate from children. Good breakfast selection/items. But all places should extend the hours to 11a.m.

Rooms over the front entrance/parking are always noisier. Near main road also noisier.

They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even leaving a thoughtful note and bottles of Propel for my recovery. The breakfast selection was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel was clean and well-kept, including the gym facilities. The location was perfect, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and a lovely shopping area.
